Your collection deserves a living record.
Accept ownership from the artist, keep the right artwork information together and see your collection clearly in My Collection.

- Know exactly what you own
- Keep every passport together
- See your collection privately
Receipts fade. Context gets lost. Ownership should be clearer.
VeraTag connects the artwork’s artist-originated identity with the collector’s private ownership record—without turning private collection information into a public profile.
The record belongs where the artwork lives.
From accepting ownership to revisiting the passport, VeraTag keeps each artist’s identity and the collector’s private record close to the physical work.

The works you own, together.
One private workspace for accepted ownership, digital passports and collection-level information. The interface below uses fictional private-beta demonstration records.

A collection record that remains yours.
Your private workspace can be useful without publishing the details that should stay private.
Ownership you can accept
Review a private invitation from the artist and create a timestamped current-ownership record.
Passports in one place
Open each artwork’s public passport directly from its private My Collection record.
Private purchase history
Where a primary sale value is recorded and confirmed, it remains private to the collector and the originating artist’s own sale record.
A collection-wide view
Understand artist, medium, acquisition year and ownership coverage across the artworks connected to your account.
Private by default. Public only by choice.
The public passport describes the artwork. It does not publish your real identity, contact details, purchase value or pending invitations.

- Exact purchase values and acquisition details
- Private collection totals and analytics
- Pending ownership invitations
- A separate collector username, only when enabled
- General collection profile statements you choose

What you can use now — and what comes next.
VeraTag is a narrow working product in controlled development. We make that boundary clear.
- Collector accounts activated through the shared account system
- Private ownership invitation review and acceptance
- My Collection with current artworks and digital passport access
- Private acquisition values where recorded and confirmed
- Collection composition and ownership-coverage analytics
- Adding existing unverified works to a private collection
- Later resale and collector-to-collector transfer journeys
- Valuation, insurance and condition-management tools
- Broader export and collection administration
A little more clarity.
Do I need a separate collector account?+
No. VeraTag uses one account system with role-based workspace access, so the same person can eventually move between artist, collector and authorised gallery workspaces.
Can anyone see what I paid?+
No. Confirmed acquisition values are private. They are not shown on the public artwork passport or a public collector profile.
Can I add artwork that is not yet verified?+
That private collection feature is planned, but it is not presented as current verified provenance. Artist-originated VeraTag records remain distinct.
What if I receive an ownership invitation?+
Use the email address named in the invitation, sign in or activate your account, review the record and accept it. The artwork then appears in My Collection.
